Meet our Senior Molecular Biologist in charge of the characterization of microbial population of our Bioreactors
Dr. Rebeca Perez holds an MSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Valladolid (Spain) and a PhD in Biotechnology and Biochemistry from the Institute of Biology and Molecular Genetic (IBGM) of the Spanish Research Council (CSIC). She has performed a postdoctoral stay in the Center of Molecular Biology Severo Ochoa of the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid (UAM), and she joined in 2011 the Department of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Technology of the University of Valladolid as senior researcher. Her current research focuses on molecular biology techniques applied to biological processes for the abatement of greenhouse gases.
