Dr. Igor Milen joined the gas treatment and microalgae research group as a visiting researcher from the Federal University of Ceará (Brazil). His research focuses on biological wastewater treatment and microaerobic biodegradation of recalcitrant compounds.
Christian Domínguez joined the gas treatment and microalgae research group as a researcher in training. His research focuses on biogas upgrading in photobioreactors inoculated with Cyanobacteria.
Ingrid Mejía joined the gas treatment and microalgae research group as a visiting student from the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (México). Her research focuses on the design of wastewater treatment plants and integral management of water resources.
Julia Gutiérrez joined the gas treatment and microalgae research group as a Chemical Engineering student from the University of Valladolid (Spain). Her research focuses on the opitimization of PHB accumulation of cyanobacterium Nostoc muscorum at laboratory scale.
